Used to stretch fabric for Embroidery, Cross Stitch, Tapestry. Simply sew the top and bottom edges of your fabric to the cotton tapes on the frame. The fabric is rolled around the top and bottom bars and can be moved by rotating both bars. The wing nuts provide a locking mechanism. Helps prevent creasing and marking. Large work can be scrolled.
